It was around 20 December 2010...
After my last SPM paper (English For Science And Technology),I thought I could travel to Selangor or maybe at Pulau Pinang. But I was truly wrong. I end up stuck in the place where I was lived. Rompin,Pahang. Luckly,my best friend,Muhammad Saufi Bin Haji Ahmad Nasir, also end up stuck together with me. Because of that, both of us spent most of our times together. We chat, discuss about an issues or topic,go to the cyber cafe together, help people in need, and most of all,we're always 'sumbat' (didn't know what to do). But I think we're spent most on playing games, listen to latest music, hang out and check on recent activities. But with that,I also asking question with people about what's going on and what's in their mind. I also often ask people who already had a career about their experience in jobs or making their own business. People's opinion, where and how to get there, recent activities, and anything that I can gain for myself... knowledge. I was realize then this habit can really be beneficial to me. So I grab my old notebook, containing my research about social activities in Rompin and start a new ways to gain knowledge...making a journal. It actually like 'kill two bird with one stone'. What I was gain can be also a data for my research, and develop new research. With this hope then my BFF,Muhammad Islahuddin Bin Jamhari, came back to Rompin from JB to go to SMK Rompin, to obtain his UPU unique number.
It was 9 January 2011...
I then tell my aunt (love her very much) about following Islah to JB. And she approve it,only if I could find a part time job. And so,our journey begins in search to find a job. After confirm with the plan,we prepare ourself at 10.30 AM. Saying 'see you again' to Rompin,we departure from there on 11.00 AM. Stop at Nusantara at Endau at 11.30 AM,we continue our journey about 12.00 PM and arrived at 2.45 PM. The traffic was quite smooth, although there's so many cars. A if like people want to get back to their office after lunch. When reach JB,the first thing we want to go is Tesco Sri Alam at Masai which it's a bit far from Islah's house. After buying all the stuff we need and fill ourself,we go to the office to write down our name to ask for vacancy. What we find out is almost 70% in the 'Kelayakan' field are written 'SPM',so chances to get a job is 50-50. But,had to try first before giving up. Feeling a bit confident,we went to Islah's hous at Sierra Perdana,Masai.
In a day after we ask for a job,I often ask people about the area, where's the shortcut to Tesco, the nearest town, nearest high school, and the community. Although Islah knows this area like the back of his hand, but I need to develop myself to ask people and think, either on making a decision or to know something. With it,I know what to do in the future,so that I could be independent when Islah is not around, since I'm not familiar with the area.
But I feel missing in my travel. A camera. I wish I could capture some picture to show what I see and what do I think about something based on the picture. With that regrets,I'll try to explain more specifically if it involve imagining like places and scenery of a place.
I still remember about a list about 'My Top Priority Items',and one of them are my trusty notebook. Whenever I go outside,my bag pack are always carrying 2 small notebook and 2 medium sized notebook, all contain information about all the stuff I need to know. Then,I realize that I could be a journalist. Freelancer would be fine. I want to share what I see and what people think to other people so that they also get the same information that might help them in the future. I want people to think together and make a solution when things goes wrong, and this requires a same idea and same ideology. Forget about who you are, just think about how you could help to change the world to a better place to live. And with this mission,I'm taking step by step, little by little in gaining and sharing information, hoping that it would be useful to people in the future. And with that,I make a different perspective...
